Superonline Provides Poor Customer Support

My neighbor has internet while I do not, despite the fact that we live on the same street, in the same building, in adjacent apartments, and even have ports connected to the same box. I called customer service and was informed that there is a general outage in the area that will last until July 28. How is it possible that my neighbor in the same building has internet access? It appears that Turkcell Superonline does not take customer service seriously. My phone line is down, the internet is unavailable, TV Plus is not working, and email systems are down. Is this truly a reputable company? After 30 years, it appears they have begun to neglect their duties, assuming customers will pay regardless. Welcome to Turkcell's new Superonline approach!
