I Face Unexplained Suspension of My Zynga Poker Account Linked to Facebook
About a year ago, my Zynga Poker account — which is linked to my Facebook profile — was suspended without any explanation. When I try to log in, I only see a message saying “Your account has been suspended,” with no further details provided.
I had previously made small in-game purchases and accumulated a significant number of chips. Since the suspension, I’ve completely lost access to my chips and other in-game content.
I’ve tried to contact Zynga Poker’s support team, but since the communication is only in a foreign language, I wasn’t able to get proper assistance or any response. I don’t believe I violated any rules; the most that happened was occasional arguments with players or leaving the table after winning a hand. I’ve never used cheats or behaved inappropriately. At one point, I even received a suspicious login alert and immediately changed my password. However, Zynga Poker has never sent me any notice or explanation about this suspension.
I request a thorough review of my account. If the suspension was made in error, I ask that my account be reinstated and my access to in-game content and chips be restored.
