Zynga Ignores Repeated Reports of Player Bypassing Chat Filter With Insults
In the game 101 Okey Plus, a player using the username m68727745 is bypassing the chat filter using combinations of numbers and letters, and repeatedly writing messages containing profanity and insults. Even though I've reported this player numerous times using the in-game "Report" feature, no sanction has ever been applied, and the player has continued this behavior without interruption.
I also reported what I've been experiencing to Zynga's support team, along with screenshots. However, the responses sent to me consisted entirely of standard, automated messages. I was repeatedly told that I needed to report the issue from within the game, even though I clearly stated that I had already done so multiple times — yet this information was disregarded.
In a later response, the support team stated that their system automatically detects all violations and takes the necessary action. If the system really works this effectively, I don't understand how this player — who has been reported multiple times and continues to swear by bypassing the chat filter — can still behave this way in the game.
My intention here is not to unfairly accuse anyone; my only request is that a genuine investigation be carried out regarding players who clearly violate the game's rules, and that players be able to play in a safe environment without being subjected to profanity and insults.
For this reason, I am requesting that Zynga carefully review the chat logs of the player m68727745, apply the necessary sanctions for any violations found, and provide me with a specific, explanatory response based on an actual investigation of this matter. I have numerous screenshots showing this situation, and despite sending them to the support team, receiving only canned responses clearly shows that the problem has not been resolved. I expect my complaint to be taken seriously and the necessary investigation to be carried out promptly.
