First of all, hello. Since May 17, I’ve noticed unauthorized charges of ₺50 being withdrawn from my account multiple times—₺50, ₺50, ₺50—under the name of a service I’ve never heard of and never subscribed to. These payments are clearly linked to Zynga, even though I never gave permission for any recurring billing.
This is completely unacceptable. I did not agree to any subscription, and I want my money fully refunded immediately. I should not be charged for a service I never knowingly signed up for.
Zynga, if my refund is not processed promptly, I will pursue legal action. I’ve documented every charge, and I’m prepared to take this further if needed. Stop unauthorized billing, return my money, and take responsibility for what’s happening on your platform.
