I Face Unfair Competition and Bot Activity in Zynga Poker Tournaments

For the past three days, every time I log into Zynga Poker on my Android device, I’m constantly bombarded with in-app purchase prompts. On September 20, 2025, due to the excessive frequency of these notifications, I accidentally made a mobile payment of ₺1,500 — and as a result, over 400 billion chips were added to my account. I didn’t receive any invoice or confirmation message for this transaction.

In addition, I’ve been facing serious unfairness in tournaments. For instance, in one event where I completed a 1t cycle and was ranked first, another player suddenly jumped ahead on the last day with a 2t cycle. When I checked their profile, I noticed that they behaved like a bot and had around 1.1 billion chips. This kind of unfair competition completely ruins the motivation to play and undermines the integrity of the game.

I’m not requesting a refund, but I do ask for compensation by increasing my chip balance. I also request that Zynga investigate the issue of unfair play and bot activity in the tournaments.
