I Face Missing Chips After Zynga Poker Purchase, Payment Charged but Nothing Received
On October 8, 2025, I purchased ₺1,288 worth of chips through the Zynga Poker app on my iPhone using my Akbank card ending in 7361. However, after completing the transaction, no chips were credited to my account. I have proof in my bank statement showing that the payment was successfully withdrawn.
I contacted Zynga Poker’s customer support to report the issue, but I haven’t received any response. I also couldn’t find a phone number to reach their support team directly. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I feel completely let down.
I’m requesting that the purchased chips be credited to my account immediately or that the payment be refunded. I urgently ask Zynga Poker to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
