I am currently playing the Zula game and facing a recurring issue where my level-up rewards disappear every time I advance a level. This problem happens with nearly every level-up reward, including card packs and loot crates. I have been experiencing this problem consistently, especially when leveling up from 30 to 36. Right now, I am at level 36, and I have already lost multiple rewards along the way.
This situation is extremely frustrating because I put significant effort into leveling up, expecting to receive the in-game rewards promised for my progress. However, when the rewards are missing, my motivation to continue playing decreases, and I feel like my time and effort are wasted. If this problem persists in the higher levels, I am seriously considering deleting the game out of frustration.
I am requesting Zula’s technical team to fix this issue and restore my missing rewards. Players should be able to enjoy the game and receive their earned items without experiencing such technical problems. Please take immediate action to solve this and ensure it doesn’t happen to other players in the future.
