I'm taking a break from online dating for a while, but I don't want to cancel my Zoosk subscription just yet. How do I hide it?

If you want to take a break from online dating without canceling your Zoosk subscription, you have two options for managing your visibility on the platform:

• Pause your account: This temporarily disables your profile, preventing it from appearing in search results or receiving messages. Your subscription remains active and will be charged until the end of the current billing cycle. To pause your account, log in, go to your "Settings" or "Account" menu, and look for the "Pause Account" or similar option. Follow the steps to confirm the pause.

• Deactivate your account: This option completely disables your Zoosk account and terminates your subscription. You will not be charged again, but your profile, matches, and messages will be deleted. To reactivate your account, you will need to create a new profile. To deactivate your account, follow the same steps as pausing it, but look for the "Deactivate Account" option instead.

Free accounts cannot be temporarily paused or permanently deactivated. If you have a free account and wish to take a break, you can simply avoid logging in or interacting with the platform, and your profile will remain visible.
