I Can't Access My Paid Zoom Pro Account

I'm unable to access my Zoom account. When I try to log in via Google, it kicks me out of the system. When I attempt to log in through the app, it says 'authentication failed'. I've paid for a Pro account, but I can't use it properly at all! I'm a teacher who provides education, and I can't access my Zoom account! We can't reach any authorized person, and I need an urgent solution!
