My Zoom Keyboard Keeps Closing During Whiteboard Use

I've been experiencing issues with the Zoom application during meetings. When I try to write on the whiteboard or annotate visuals, the keyboard keeps closing. This problem started after the latest update. I haven't been able to contact the Zoom support team. I have a professional account subscription, but this issue is causing me significant problems. As a teacher, I can't manage my meetings effectively, and I urgently need support on this matter. It's gotten to the point where I can't conduct meetings properly, and my students are also frustrated by this situation.
