Zip Co Charged Me for Unauthorized Transactions While I Was Asleep
This afternoon, a little after three, I visited the grocery shop. When I entered into my account to move some money, I found something strange. Two checks had been written from my account: one for $13.50 at 6:24 a.m. and another for $45.50 at 6:35 a.m. The odd element is Not even awake at that point. I obviously did not approve these charges; I have no idea how they occurred. I contacted Zip Co to obtain some explanation on where this money was routed, but as of yet no answer. I need these transactions stopped right away and my money reimbursed. Dealing with something like this and finding no answers irritates one. Simply said, I want my money returned.
