Mysterious Credit Card Charges by Apple

I didn't know this, but around $3,000 has been taken out from my credit card over the past six months, and I have absolutely no clue why or where it happened. I reached out to Apple, but they didn't respond. I contacted my bank, and they didn't have any idea either. The description on my statement just said "Apple." Does anyone know how to get a refund for these strange charges? I really need help with this right now. This situation is not only confusing but also worrying.
