Zip Co Charged Me for Transactions That Never Went Through or Were Delivered
Two transactions that never happened have Zip Co charging me. Last month I ordered from a retailer; after the money displayed as processed, I never got any confirmation or the item. When I got in touch with the store, one of the staff members emailed me a screen grab of their handled orders for that particular day; my order wasn't there. Furthermore verified by the management was the absence of any money handled on their end. Still, Zip Co charges me for these purchases. Several times I contacted their customer care, but all I got are automated responses devoid of actual help. Why should I pay for something I never received is not clear to me. This experience has been really annoying.
