I placed an order on ZEPETO on 7 June for a Paradyes glossy hair tint and later became eligible for a refund of ₹388 for this order. I had paid the amount in cash, and the refund was supposed to be given back to me, but even after 3 days I have still not received the money. The order/reference ID I have is KPOVSLHRM69886, and I have been following up on this, but the refund has not been processed and I still do not know when I will get my refund. I have tried to reach ZEPETO customer support regarding this issue, but I have received no response so far, which is causing me inconvenience and loss of trust. I request that my pending cash refund of be returned to me immediately in the same way I paid (in cash), and that ZEPETO clearly inform me when the refund will be completed so that I can be sure the issue is fully resolved.
