ZEPETO Account Banned and Items Became Inaccessible

My ZEPETO account with the username “noor.sthetice” was banned on 20/05/2026 at around 1:16. Since that time I have not been able to access my account. I used this account mainly to spend time with my friends on the platform, and I am not aware of any clear reason or violation that would justify this ban. When I try to log in, I cannot access the account and I do not know the exact error message that appears. Because of this ban, I have lost access to the items in my account as well. My request from you is to transfer all of my items from my banned account “noor.sthetice” to another ZEPETO account, also with the username “noor.sthetice”, so that I can continue using my items. I kindly ask you to review my situation and help me recover access to my items as soon as possible.
