Zara Returns Denied for Wrinkles

Yesterday, I went to Zara and bought something, but when I tried to return it because it was the wrong size, they refused to take it back because the product was wrinkled. I didn't try it on in the store because I thought it would be too embarrassing, so I tried it on at home instead. The very next day, I went to return it, but they declined my request, citing the item's wrinkles as the reason. In addition, the abruptness with which they left while we were still engaged in conversation was a source of great annoyance. In all honesty, this is the very first time that I have encountered something like this, and it is very disheartening.
