Zara Still Hasn't Refunded My Missing Order
I ordered two sweaters from Zara on December 27th, but due to a mix-up by a store employee, the wrong address and phone number were entered. Consequently, I never received the products. Despite assurances of a refund, Zara claimed they processed it, but my bank representative found no evidence, such as an RNN code. The lack of organizational efficiency and comical errors by inexperienced staff have transformed Zara into a company incapable of resolving its own mess. A disappointing downfall from its once better reputation. Stay away from the chaos.
