Hey, I'm Hilal Y*****. I ordered three items with the reference number 5342*****88. I returned all three items because I was not happy with them and they didn't fit properly. However, they only processed the refund for two of them, so the refund for one item is still pending. I messaged them on the app, told them what happened, and asked why, but they didn't reply. They just told me that they made a file for my refund. They told me they'd get back to me in two days, but they came back saying no. They said one of the things was missing, so I can't get a refund for it. I sent back the stuff in the same package, and I think the problem happened when they got the package because they didn't say anything was wrong at first. I don't accept this negligence and I want my complaint to be resolved quickly. I don't want to lose trust in you because of this issue. I want to keep shopping without any worries. The product cost 1900 Turkish Lira. Please fix this situation quickly, or I will have to report it to the right people. I just want to make it clear that I really don't want to go in that direction and I'm hoping for a good outcome. This customer is not happy with how their product return was handled, especially because they haven't received a refund for one of the items. They want the company to fix this quickly so they can trust them again.
