Zara Produces Poor Quality Products

On March 18, 2023, I bought a pair of trousers in two different colors from the Zara store in Bursa Korupark AVM. I noticed the trousers were deformed after only two days of wearing them. When I contacted Zara customer service via WhatsApp, they apologized for the inconvenience. However, because I live in Mugla, I had to give my brother the shipping money out of my own pocket in order to exchange the trousers and return them for a refund. When I went to Sur Yap AVM for a refund, they returned the money for the unworn portion of the pants but refused to return the unused portion, claiming that it was not deformed. Zara clearly manufactured a low-quality product that I wore for only two days. This made me wonder whether Zara, which is known for its high-quality products, values customer satisfaction. I was very disappointed with their response and hope they accept responsibility for their defective product.
