Zara Refund Delay - Order Not Refunded Despite Full Return

Regarding my online Zara order number 53970537011, I purchased four items, including the skort with reference number 1473/223 in size M, which was in the same package as the others. Without opening the package, I returned all the items by shipping them back on November 18. Although the refunds for three of the returned items have been processed, the ₺1,690 refund for the 1473/223 skort has not been issued. I paid by credit card. When I contacted Zara customer service, I was told that the product was still undergoing a quality control process. However, I cannot accept that this item’s refund is still pending while the other items from the same package have already been refunded. I request the immediate refund of ₺1,690 for the skort (reference 1473/223, size M) to my credit card under order number 53970537011, without requiring any further action from me.
