Zara Jacket Refund Not Received 16 Days Later
Despite the fact that I returned a jacket that I bought from Zara, I have not yet received my refund. Although it has been sixteen days, there is still no sign of my money. There is a 5297*****99 order number. There is also no email receipt of the payment. It appears that the company is keeping my money for themselves. There is no one I can talk to at this time. Nothing but complaints, with no solutions. The customer service that they provide is extremely inefficient, and I am extremely frustrated.
