Zara Fails to Pick Up $59 Jacket Return Request After 7 Days
On September 9, 2026, I submitted an online return request through the Zara mobile app for a technical fabric jacket costing $59. Even though 7 days have passed, the shipping company still hasn't picked up the item, and the process is completely stalled.
Although my return request appears in the app, the item's pickup is constantly delayed, resulting in a waste of time and an unfair experience. I want to return the product exactly as instructed and within the time limit; however, the transaction cannot be completed because neither the company nor its contracted courier has taken any action to resolve this.
I demand that the item be picked up from my address immediately, the return process be finalized, and my $59 payment be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
