In Zara Istmarine Istanbul, the employee did not let my mum to try outwears by saying it is not allowed in very aggresive communication style. Customers can choose the place where they try. Brands should respect customer privacy and preference. As a Muslim woman, I do not wanna try in an open area. Zara and its employee have to respect us and other cultures as well. Therefore, they need to review its policy and train their employees in order to be a global and customer-centric brand as mentioned in the corporate values, I mean they have changing rooms yet I can go in there to try on outerwear like coats and trenches. What's the rationale here???
