Zara Branch Stopped Me from Taking Photos for My Instagram Page

I have a page with 50,000 followers on Instagram, and I regularly take photos and reels at Zara branches in Istanbul. However, at the Zara Marmara Park branch, an employee (who claimed to be the manager) told me that photography is prohibited and that I couldn’t take any more pictures. I’ve never encountered this issue at any other Zara branch, so this was both confusing and frustrating. When I tried to explain that my content promotes their brand and attracts attention to their products, she dismissed it outright. Where did this strange rule come from? Educate your employees—no one else forbids taking pictures! This is free advertising for the store, after all. (She was really rude and angry about it, too.)
