Uncomfortable Slippers from Zara Causing Foot Irritation - No Support Provided
In June, I ordered a pair of slippers from Zara online for ₺1,790. After wearing them 2-3 times, I found them so stiff that they irritated and hurt the skin on my feet. Today, I explained the situation through live support, and they responded via message that they couldn't assist because the slippers are not orthopedic.
I suggested they review the issue and provide feedback on the complaint, but they stated there was nothing they could do online. It is frustrating that customer feedback is valued so little and consumer rights are easily overlooked. I will also be taking this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
