Zara Bomber Jacket Pilled After 5 Wears – Unacceptable Quality

I purchased a bomber jacket from Zara’s Antalya Terracity store on December 20, 2024. After wearing it only five times, I noticed severe pilling on the sleeves and pocket areas. This is extremely disappointing—how can a jacket from such a well-known brand degrade this quickly? I could have bought a similar item for half the price from smaller boutiques, but I chose Zara as a birthday gift for myself, expecting higher quality. Instead, I got a poorly made product that looks worn out after minimal use. For the price I paid, this level of quality is unacceptable. I expect Zara to take responsibility and offer a solution for this defective item. Please address this issue immediately!
