I recently had a terrible experience with Zara that I would like to share. Despite returning the product I purchased, I have been unable to receive a refund for my fee. This has been an ongoing issue for over a month now, and I am frustrated with the lack of resolution from the company. I was informed that the money sent by Zara was over the limit in my bank account and was subsequently returned to the company. However, when I reached out to Zara to inquire about the refund, I was told that they had sent the money and that I should check my accounts. It is clear to me that Zara still has my money and has not taken any steps to resolve the issue. I am beyond disappointed with the customer service I have received from this company and feel that enough is enough. I respectfully request that Zara take a closer look at their accounts and return my hard-earned money as soon as possible. It is unacceptable for a company to hold onto a customer's funds without any explanation or resolution. I would not recommend doing business with Zara, as their customer service and refund policies are unacceptable. I hope that by sharing my experience on Trustpilot, others will be able to make informed decisions about whether to do business with this company.
