Zara Home Delivered Mismatched Bedding Set, Refused Resolution After 2 Months


I have been a loyal Zara Home customer for years. While renovating my summer home, I purchased an expensive white bedding set for my daughters. They didn’t use it, and about a year later, I decided to use it myself. To my surprise, one pillowcase was white while the other was cream, straight out of the original sealed packaging with barcoded labels.
I brought the unused set to the store, requesting a review and exchange for a matching pillowcase. Despite waiting over two months, my request was rejected. The same mismatched items are still on the shelves, and I even recorded a video for proof. Zara Home’s unwillingness to fix their mistake and blaming irrelevant timelines is unacceptable. This lack of accountability is disappointing. I expect an immediate resolution.
