I purchased a bedspread and pillow from Zara Home and returned both via courier the day after receiving them. I received an email confirming the refund for the pillow, but there was no mention of the bedspread, even though both items were in the same box. The 72-hour review period mentioned on their website has already passed, and I still haven’t received any updates or information about my refund. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating, and I feel ignored as a customer. Zara Home must resolve this immediately by processing the refund for the bedspread and improving their return process transparency. My order number is 5359*****27. I expect a prompt resolution and clear communication moving forward!
