Zalando isn’t providing any tracking updates after I placed an order. How can I fix it?

After placing your order, if Zalando doesn't give you any tracking information, log into your account and check the "Orders" section to see if tracking information has been put there.

Tracking numbers can show up a few days later, especially if the order is still being handled. If there have been no reports for more than a few days, it could mean that there is a problem with the courier or that the shipment is behind schedule.

Talk to Zalando's customer service team to find out more. You can call them or use the live chat feature on their website. Give them your order number and ask for an update on when it will be shipped.

If the problem doesn't go away, ask customer service to check with the courier. They might be able to give you a new tracking link or help you find your package so it gets to you as soon as possible.
