Zara Home’s Poor Shipping Service Ruins Customer Experience

I placed an order for an accessory from Zara Home without even considering which shipping company they partnered with. I assumed a brand like Zara Home would work with a reliable delivery service, but I was completely wrong. The delivery process has been a nightmare, and I deeply regret my purchase.

How can such a well-known brand collaborate with such an unprofessional shipping company despite the overwhelming negative feedback? This is truly disappointing. Going forward, I will never order from Zara Home again unless they reconsider their delivery service provider. I will also warn others to check their shipping options before making a purchase.

I am requesting a refund for my order or for Zara Home to intervene with the shipping company and resolve this unacceptable situation. I refuse to deal with this terrible courier service any further.
