Zalando Order Delayed Repeatedly – Lacoste Shoes Delivery Issue

I ordered a pair of Lacoste shoes (code 10401237325769) from Zalando on or around the 17th of the month for delivery to Pianico di Bergamo in Italy. From the beginning there has been a continuous delay in the delivery of my order. The original delivery date was supposed to be the 26th. I received an email from Zalando apologising for the delay and stating that the delivery date would be the 29th. Today I received another message changing the delivery date again to the 30th, without giving a clear explanation and without actually attempting delivery, as each day the courier simply postpones it to another day. Because of these repeated postponements I am very dissatisfied with the service. I urgently need this shipment and the constant changes of date are causing me serious inconvenience. I request that my order be delivered as a matter of utmost urgency without any further delay and that Zalando ensure that the courier completes the delivery on the next promised date.
