I purchased the Yves Rocher sunscreen shown in the attached photo and applied it to my arms earlier today. Not long after, I was horrified to see massive yellow stains on my white shirt and pants. I immediately washed both garments in the machine, but the stains didn’t come out.
Since the clothes were white, I decided to soak them in a diluted bleach solution—only to discover something even worse. Both pieces, instead of returning to white, turned a strange pink shade, as if they were dyed. I’m shocked and furious. What kind of chemical is in this product that it can stain and alter fabric like this—let alone something we’re supposed to apply to our skin?
I’ve been a loyal Yves Rocher customer for years, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. But now, a single tube of sunscreen has cost me multiple items of clothing—well beyond its original price. I demand urgent compensation for the damage caused. If this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I will be forced to pursue legal action. Yves Rocher, take responsibility for the harm your product has caused.
