Yves Rocher Elixir Botanique Sunscreen Gave Me Dark Spots
I used Yves Rocher Elixir Botanique anti-spot sunscreen, which I had purchased from the store around May–June. I applied the sunscreen multiple times as recommended—before going into the sea, after coming out, and again at one-hour intervals—and I also kept my face in the shade at all times. Despite this, a large dark spot formed on my cheekbone, and I returned from my vacation with this problem. Previously, I had used a different sunscreen and never experienced such an issue. The fact that this product did not provide the promised protection made me very angry and disappointed. I specifically chose it because it claimed to prevent spots, yet I experienced the exact opposite. I expect the brand to provide a clear and satisfactory response regarding this matter, and I am sharing my complaint so that other users do not suffer the same problem.

From your reply to my email, I understand that you either did not take the issue seriously or you were brushing it off. I did not have an allergy, there was no allergic reaction. Your product claims to be effective against blemishes, but I stated that blemishes appeared on my face. I think you should read the complaint again.
