On Sunday, July 7th, I purchased and used a 30 SPF face and sun protection cream for sunbathing. When I got home that evening, I realized the product was manufactured a year ago. Normally, the expiration date should be 2026/2027, but it says 2025, meaning it was stored in a warehouse for a year because it couldn't be sold. A product stored for a year has reduced protection effectiveness.
I called the central office and the store, but everyone kept passing the responsibility to someone else, so I decided to let it go. Yesterday, I went out in the sun for the second time, and despite using it hourly, strange brown spots appeared on my face. These spots won't fade for at least two years, and my face is ruined thanks to this product.
I've been using this product for years and never had such a problem before. I definitely want to return the product to the nearest Yves Rocher store. I'm disgusted by this situation. From now on, I will regularly check expiration dates with all the lost trust I have in you. Take back the product and refund my money.
