Yves Rocher Cancelled My Order But Has Not Refunded My Money
I placed an order via the Yves Rocher mobile application in Türkiye for a face cleansing gel. The product was cancelled in the system without being delivered to me, and despite this, my payment has not been refunded for more than 10 days. Although the order was cancelled, the amount I paid is still being held and this situation is causing me serious frustration. Regarding this issue, I have been in contact with a representative named Ms. Kader. She stated that my refund would be made “by next week”, but she expressed this in an uncertain manner and the process continues to be prolonged instead of speeding up. I find it unacceptable that my product was cancelled without delivery and that my money has still not been refunded for such a long period. I request that my refund for my cancelled face cleansing gel order be processed and transferred to my account immediately, without any further delay, and that I be informed clearly and in writing about the process.
