I Lost Access to My Gmail and YouTube Account Due to Hacking, Need Help

My Gmail address and the associated YouTube channel were hacked on September 2, 2024. Since the person who took over my account changed all the security information, I can't recover it through phone verification or any other methods. Additionally, I have many personal files, videos, and photos stored in the Google Drive linked to my email address, causing me significant distress. This is a criminal offense, and unfortunately, I haven't received any assistance yet. I'm experiencing a significant hardship because of this situation and urgently need help to regain access to my accounts.
