My Steam Account Was Stolen

On December 29, 2024, my Steam account, which I have been using for over 10 years, was stolen despite being secured. My email address and phone number associated with the account were changed, and now I cannot log in. I still have access to my original email address, but I need help recovering my account. I believe this may have happened through a phishing attempt or a security breach, although I always used two-factor authentication.
