WhatsApp Job Scam Uses YouGov Name to Collect Personal and Banking Information

I applied for a job posting titled “YouGov Mystery Shopper” and later received a message via WhatsApp stating that I had been accepted. They asked for my IBAN and other personal details, explaining everything in great detail. I conducted thorough research and also requested more information from them, but shortly after, I started feeling suspicious and deleted all communication.

I want to make it absolutely clear that from this point forward, I do not authorize or accept any account, transaction, or action carried out in my name without my explicit consent and handwritten signature. This statement serves as a formal notice that any such actions would occur without my approval or knowledge.
