I would like to share the issue I experienced with an order I placed through Yemeksepeti in Kartal, Istanbul at 12:50 AM. Although the app showed an estimated delivery time of 60 minutes, it is now 2:07 AM as I write this complaint, and my order has still not been delivered.
There is no option in the app to cancel the order. I called the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered. Since live support is no longer available, I am unable to reach any representative for assistance. I also paid for the order in full online in advance.
This is not the first time I have experienced such a problem. On a previous occasion, when I had a guest over, I ordered dinner for two people. After waiting nearly two hours, the order arrived for only one person, which put me in a very embarrassing situation in front of my guest.
Due to repeated delays, missing items, and the inability to reach any support, I believe the app has completely lost its reliability. For this most recent failed order, I request an immediate refund of the amount I paid and the permanent deletion of my Yemeksepeti membership.
To prevent similar issues from happening again, I also request that basic services such as a cancellation option and live customer support be reinstated and properly managed.
