Yemeksepeti Did Not Refund My Canceled Order
On the evening of February 18, between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM, I placed order number n603-2608-vg1r from Tavuk Dünyası through the Yemeksepeti app.
Even after waiting one full hour, the order was neither delivered nor was I given any update. The app continuously showed the status as “preparing.” During this time, I was unable to reach either Tavuk Dünyası or Yemeksepeti.
The next day, when I contacted Tavuk Dünyası, I was informed that the order had been canceled. However, Yemeksepeti has not refunded the $10 that I paid by card for this order, and I am unable to reach any representative through the app to address the issue.
To resolve this situation, I request that the $10 charge for the canceled order be refunded to my card as soon as possible.
