Yemek Sepeti Wrong Order - Refund Request Rejected

I placed an order via Yemeksepeti from Beyoğlu Profiterol yesterday at around 17:41 and a wrong order was delivered to me. For this order, I paid a total of ₺527. After realizing that the order was wrong, I contacted support and also shared photos as evidence. However, during the call I was treated disrespectfully, the call was abruptly ended, and my request was rejected despite the clear mistake and the photos I provided. I request a full refund of the ₺527 I paid and I also expect the staff who behaved disrespectfully and closed the call in such a manner to be warned so that similar situations do not happen again.
