Yemek Sepeti Missing Order and Partial Refund Issue

On 4 May at 00:27, we placed an order from Köfteci Yusuf Çekmeköy via Yemeksepeti with the order number aipta#ib44-2618-2m7a and paid a total of ₺1,202. Despite this, the order was both incomplete and incorrect, and afterwards only ₺430 was refunded to us. Although the meatballs in the order were supposed to be double, they were sent as single portions, two portions of triple içli köfte never arrived, and one double burger menu was also not delivered. In addition, some of the products that did arrive were in a spoiled and bad condition, and we were not satisfied with the quality of the food at all. Following this situation, we contacted Yemeksepeti customer service, but they did not provide any help and even hung up the phone on us. Even though the products were missing, incorrect and in poor condition, a full refund for all of them was not issued and we were left aggrieved. Since we did not receive the products corresponding to the amount we paid and only a partial refund was made despite the missing and problematic items, I request the urgent refund of the remaining amount for all incomplete and unsatisfactory products. Due to this experience we lost both time and money, and I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
