Yemek Sepeti Order Marked Delivered Not Received
Today, I placed an order via the Yemeksepeti application from Köfteci Yusuf on Mimar Sinan Street. In my order, there were 800 grams of chicken wings, a hamburger, cola and sauce. After placing the order, I was called from the number 0535 254 93**, which was stated to belong to an employee, and I was informed that the chicken wings were out of stock and that they could send a different product instead. I said I did not want an alternative and that they could cancel the order. Despite clearly requesting cancellation, my order was not cancelled, it was marked as delivered in the system and nothing was delivered to me. I waited for about an hour, nothing arrived, and my ₺242 payment was effectively wasted. I paid by bank card and no refund has been made so far. I am filing this complaint against both Yemeksepeti and Köfteci Yusuf, as my order was neither delivered nor cancelled properly, yet it was shown as delivered. I request that the full amount for the order with the code #hac1-2605-a5s8 be refunded to my bank card as soon as possible and that this issue be investigated so that such a situation does not happen again.
