Vivense Has Not Delivered My Order Since March and Gives No Response

I purchased a Palmira Single Swing from Vivense. I placed my order on March 18, and I was given an estimated delivery date of April 22. However, despite a significant amount of time passing, my product has still not been delivered, and no explanation has been provided.

Even though I have a delivery number (10333248889), I have not received any updates regarding the status of my order. I tried contacting customer service, but I did not receive any response.

Being left without information or support for such a long time has caused me serious inconvenience. I request that my product be delivered to me as soon as possible, and that Vivense provide a clear explanation for the delay and lack of communication to resolve my issue.
