Yemek Sepeti Marked My Order as Delivered Even Though I Got Nothing
On April 13, 2025, at 7:10 PM, we placed an order from Hatayca via Yemeksepeti (order number ****). Not only was the order never delivered, but it was also falsely marked as delivered at 6:06 PM—over an hour before we even placed it. We couldn’t reach Yemeksepeti by phone, and their live chat support in the app kept ending the conversation instead of offering a solution. As a result, we were left hungry because of Yemeksepeti. The courier disappeared, we spent hours trying to resolve the issue, and we lost our money. Unfortunately, both the company and the courier they work with were a complete disappointment.
