On December 14, 2025, at around 5:00 PM, I experienced a serious issue with an order I placed through Yemeksepeti in Yenimahalle, Ankara. While I was able to reach the restaurant that prepared the order, I was completely unable to contact the delivery side or any Yemeksepeti representatives, and the order was not canceled either. I tried calling the support line at 0850 222 54 45 to get help and information about my order, but the call was abruptly disconnected. Being unable to find a proper point of contact—either through the app or by phone—and being left without support when a problem occurs is completely unacceptable. My order and membership details are fully visible in the company’s system and can be accessed when requested. After this experience, I am deleting the app after using it for the last time, as I find it unacceptable for a platform to be this indifferent and solution-free toward its customers. I request that this issue be investigated, that the responsible personnel be reviewed, and that urgent measures be taken to prevent similar situations from happening again.
