Storage Full Error on Yandex Disk Blocking Access to All My Data
I have been using Yandex Disk for free on my iOS device for a long time. Today, when I tried to log into my account, I received a warning saying “Your storage is full, access has been blocked”, and I was unable to access my files. My account is registered with the number 0537*79.
Right now, my photos and videos are stuck on Yandex Disk, and I cannot access them in any way. I request temporary free access—without any payment—so that I can at least download and back up my files. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
