Yandex Go Overcharged Me Nearly Double for a Short Ride
Today, at around 10:00 PM, I requested an Economy ride through the Yandex Go app from near Karabağlar Municipality to Alsancak Train Station. I normally pay between $10 and $12 for this route, but this time my card was charged $24. Both the driver and I were surprised by the fare, and the driver also stated that the amount was not normal.
When I contacted customer support through the app, they insisted that there was no mistake despite the obvious pricing discrepancy. They also ignored my request to contact the driver to verify the fare. Because of their response and unwillingness to investigate the issue, I feel that I have been treated unfairly.
I am requesting a refund for the amount I was overcharged on this trip and a thorough review of how this fare was calculated. I expect Yandex Go to investigate this pricing error and provide a fair resolution as soon as possible.
