Yandex GO Driver Took Me to the Wrong Hospital and Charged Me 3 Times
Hello, I ordered a taxi via Yandex GO from Yeşil Sitem Sitesi to the City Hospital Emergency Department. However, the driver mistakenly took me all the way to Bornova, thinking I wanted Bornova State Hospital — which I didn’t. I assumed it was the correct location until I realized the mistake too late.
When I asked the driver why he didn’t confirm the destination or notify me, he simply said, “It’s written in the app.” I ended up traveling much farther than I needed to, wasting valuable time and money during a medical emergency.
To make things worse, when I checked my card afterward, I saw that three separate charges had been made for one trip. This is unacceptable.
I demand a full refund of the extra charges and better accountability from both Yandex GO drivers and the app itself. During emergencies, passengers shouldn't be misled or overcharged. Please resolve this immediately.
